Align

Healthy movement begins with proper alignment. Modern footwear often compresses the toes, elevates the heel, and changes the natural position of our feet. Over time, these forces can affect balance, stability and function.

Alignment is the first step to better foot health. Our toe spacers and toe socks are designed to work together to give toes room to spread, move, and interact with the ground in our natural alignment.

Strengthen

The foot is not meant to be a passive structure. It is a complex system of muscles, tendons, ligaments, and joints designed to adapt to the ground, absorb impact, create stability, and propel the body forward.

Once the toes and feet are better aligned, strengthening helps them take a more active role in movement. Correct Toes strengthening tools and videos are designed to improve strength and mobility, helping reconnect the feet with the rest of the body.

Restore

Restoring our foot function means creating a lasting environment where the progress made through alignment and strengthening can carry into everyday life.

Conventional shoes work against the foot by narrowing the toe box, elevating the heel, and restricting our movement. Foot-shaped footwear, toe socks, metatarsal support and other recovery tools help reduce those limitations and encourage healthier movement.

Our Mission

For 25 years, Dr. Ray McClanahan and the Correct Toes team have pioneered the values Align. Strengthen. Restore. Those values are a lifestyle.

By combining proper alignment, active strengthening, in a restorative environment, Correct Toes helps  community correct, develop and maintain a stronger foundation for lifelong movement.
