Metatarsal Pads are an adhesive-backed pad that can be used to ease metatarsal pain, ball-of-foot pain, numbness, tingling and forefoot calluses. They can also be used to help re-balance the foot and allow feet and lower leg muscles to be in their natural length to tension relationship. When properly placed in flat footwear, pads can help lengthen the top (dorsal) foot muscles while shortening the bottom (plantar) foot muscles. This product is sold as a pair.

Correct Toes will ship the exchanged or replacement product to you free of charge. If you are between sizes, you may purchase both the smaller and larger size and then return the pair that does not fit.
