Minimalist Index

The MI was created by 42 researchers and healthcare practitioners from 10 different countries, including Dr. Ray McClanahan. Similar to the Correct Toes® Fundamental Five (F5), the MI is based on these characteristics: weight, flexibility, heel drop, stack height and motion control.

There is, however, one major difference between the two. The Correct Toes F5 also evaluates natural width of the toe box.
