Correct Toes are available in four sizes: Extra Small, Small, Medium and Large. While appropriate sizing loosely correlates to shoe size, Correct Toes size will ultimately be determined by toe length and toe girth.

Please note these are approximations. Your size is based on foot and toe width. If you are in-between sizes, consider sizing up if you have a wide foot.

Can I wear my Correct Toes® with socks?

Yes! Correct Toes can be placed over toe socks, or under traditional socks.

Can I wear my Correct Toes® within footwear?

When using Correct Toes within footwear, it is important to choose footwear that is flat and widest at the ends of the toes. Please see our Shoe List for approved brands that are compatible with Correct Toes.

Are my Correct Toes® left/right specific?

Yes! It's important that the shoe is widest at the ends of the toes to safely incorporate Correct Toes without pinching or rubbing. To test your shoe, take the liner out and stand on it. If any part of the foot hangs over the liner, then these shoes will not work with Correct Toes.

A game changer--thank you! Review by Tim

I am 52. I ran for decades with orthotics for flat feet and stopped a few years ago when pain from hallux limitus became too severe. More recently even walking had become uncomfortable. About 1 month ago I decided to try a new approach and purchased Correct Toes as well as zero drop shoes from Lems and Altra. After a few days of break-in I am now wearing Correct Toes daily. The improvement is dramatic! I believe I actually have increased range of motion, though I can't be sure because I didn't make a 'before' measurement, however I am certain that the severe pain I had when my toes were at either end of the range is gone. This product has made a significant positive improvement in my quality of life. The only issue I have had is that after a 4 day backpacking trip I developed some blisters on one foot from the Correct Toes but I resolved this simply by taking a day off from wearing them and now all is fine again. Thank you for the risk and effort you took to bring this product to market. In one month your product has reversed damage from years of traditional shoes and orthotics. (Posted on 8/22/2017)

I was diagnosed with (mild) Hallux limitus and was being pushed to have horrible foot surgery. I found this site and all the information about healthy shoes about 6 months ago, bought Correct Toes, changed all my shoes, and I'm happy to report that doing these things solved all the foot problems I was having. I'm back to walking and running with NO pain. Even the big toe joint deformation seems to be disappearing. I noticed there are now other colors of Correct Toes, so the only thing that would make this even better is if the Correct Toes were made in nude-for-you colors (not just plain beige, please!) to make them less conspicuous when worn with open toed shoes. Although I wear these with sandals now, I would heartily plop down to purchase another pair if they were offered in a color closer to my skin shade. (Posted on 8/17/2017)

I have bunions and had pain in the ball of my right foot which progressed to a crossover toe. I had seen the Correct Toes before the toe crossed over, but I was put off by the price. When the toe crossed over, I had no choice. I bought the mediums 1.5 years ago, and I have not had foot pain since. I contacted Correct Toes to ask if the size smalls would help correct the crossover toe better because it would be pinned lower to the ground. They suggested waiting for the new size small. I waited and bought the pair soon after they came out. They are amazing. They fit my feet perfectly without modification. I have only been wearing them 10 days, but I even think the toe looks less claw/hammer-like. I am hopeful for continued improvements. I wish I bought Correct Toes at the first sign of foot pain. I bought my first pair about a year and a half to two years ago. I almost had to quit my job because I simply could not deal with the discomfort. Out of desperation I searched the internet and found this product. Within a few days my feet adjusted well and now a day doesn't go by without them. I can't recommend them enough really. I further think they may be cheaper now than they were nearly two years ago. I wear the heck out of them for work, and don't forget to get the Injinji socks to go with it!!! (Posted on 6/3/2017)

I've been wearing correct toes for a few years now. I have an old injury on one foot that was causing a lot of problems. Since using correct toes almost constantly I don't have pain in that foot - unless I skip wearing the correct toes for a few days. So they definitely are helping.

my only complaint is they tend to last about a year because the medium was a bit too big and it put stress on the middle part when putting them on. I can't wait to try the new small size. I think that will be perfect for me!

I only wear shoes that allow me to wear the correct toes, whether Lems or Softscience. I have worn these running as well. It has worked well for me. I have a large collection of toe socks because of this, but it's the best product out there for foot issues. For those looking for good toe socks, check out smartwool for some good options that are warmer.

If I find the smalls last longer than the mediums have for me I'll try to update the review to 5 stars across the board! (Posted on 5/23/2017)

I purchased these a couple of years ago. I am now purchasing them for my husband, who needs a larger size. There are many different kinds of toe separators. Be careful. Don't buy the ones that only separate one or two toes. You need to have all toes separated in order for the magic to work. They suggested wearing these as much as physically possible, so I tried to wear them 12+ hours a day. I would wear them in my boots, at home under my socks, sometimes even in bed with socks on. These work great because there is nothing on the outside of your big and little toe which would be more cumbersome when trying to wear in shoes. I couldn't wear these in high heels of course, but worked well in tennis shoes. Since your toes are separated, only a wider shoe would work, so wearing them to work wasn't really an option for me. These correct toes instantly made my feet and toes feel better and eventually reshaped my toes back to normal, eliminating the pain. I wear them occasionally now, kind of like a retainer. Though these are expensive for what you get, they last and are most comfortable ones I tried....and they work. Be patient and you won't need a foot doctor. (Posted on 1/16/2017)
